Delivery is completeley FREE to England, Scotland and Wales.

UPS - (guaranteed next day before 4.00pm)
Please note that UPS 'next day' is only available Monday - Friday, having NO Delivery or Collection on a Saturday.
International Delivery - All other destinations are GBP 5.99
We will always endeavour to despatch your order the same day, providing we receive your order by 4pm and our security checks are satisfactory. Any orders received after 4pm will be despatched the following day. Orders sent by this route typically take 1 to 5 working days to arrive.
We cannot guarantee the performance of our couriers, we use Royal Mail where problems are very rare.

We hope you are pleased with your purchase, however if you wish to return part or all of your order please complete the online returns form www.acotis.co.uk/returns, and include it in your returned parcel. You should return your items within 14 days of receipt. Items should be returned in a re-saleable condition.

Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks after dropping off your return at the post office for your refund to be processed. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This 2 weeks period includes the transit time for us to receive your return at our warehouse, the time to inspect and process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process the refund.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be faulty.
Returned items must be unworn, complete with all tags and labels, and in their original and resalable condition.
The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with the return of products.
All returns should be sent by registered or certified mail and accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.
Acotis recommends Recorded or Special Delivery as a signature is required.
If a product is not defective or damaged and is not returned to us within 14 days and in the original unopened packaging, it may be returned to you at your cost. For all other items you will receive a Credit Note to use on this website.
Please note that when an item is being exchanged that no packaging will be sent with this item.

If your parcel is lost or stolen, in this unusual
situation if your item has been sent by Recorded or Special delivery
we will fully refund your money after a period of 15 days from despatch
which is the maximum time for Royal mail to Track and Trace your parcel.
