We use Sage Pay as our Payment Service Provider (PSP). They act as a secure link between us and your bank and obtain payment authorisation for us.
We currently accept payment from the following major Credit cards and Paypal.
Our system passes your order details onto SagePay via a 128bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypted secure page, where you complete your payment details. Your browser will display a padlock icon (usually found at the bottom of the screen), this means that your browser encodes what you type, and the server decodes it. Basically this means no one can steal your Credit Card details.
Your payment will be debited as soon as you place your order. Once your payment is authorised, you will receive an email confirming your order. If payment is not authorised by your bank please understand that we cannot always provide an explanation for your payment being declined by your bank or card issuer. However if you would like some help during this process please contact our help desk on 0121 603 7741.
We use 3D Secure, a more secure method for authenticating online transactions. Once setup you will be prompted to type in your password each time you make a purchase (online only). This code will be quickly confirmed by your card issuer to complete your purchase. Even if someone knows your credit or debit card number, the purchase cannot be completed without your code.
