All items are sent First Class by Royal mail and delivery is completely FREE to England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Deliveries through this channel typically take 1-5 working days to arrive, items not in stock will take a little longer and you will be notified by email.
At present there is no free postage for International deliveries therefore in this case there is a minimal charge of GBP 7.99
As service is a priority to acotis we will always endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day it was placed, subject to your item(s) being in stock and that your order was placed in our system before 4pm (Monday - Friday). Items ordered on a Saturday must be placed in our system by 12 noon for them to be dispatched same day.

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund, exchanges are not currently available unless your item is deemed faulty or you require a different size. To exchange your original item for a different product / range please place a new order through our website and return your original item to be refunded following the guidelines below. This has proven to be the most effective route for you to receive your ideal choice as swiftly as possible.

If you do not have access to a printer then please make sure you include a covering letter with your AC reference number, reason for return and whether you need to exchange for another size or whether you need a refund. All items must be returned within 30 days of the dispatch date shown on the dispatch email we originally sent you. Items returned outside of this period will be issued with a credit note to be used against future purchases - this credit note will expire 12 months from issue.
Free returns available please contact out internet team for further information, alernatively we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as acotis is not responsible for lost items.
Although your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected, the goods are second hand without the packaging and we may not therefore be able to exchange them voluntarily. You can take the goods out of the packaging to try them out, but don't throw it away. Additionally any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.
The goods must be returned unused, with all labels and tags attached and with their original undamaged packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.
We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
